Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. We strive to measure, describe, and photograph all products as accurately as possible. If you feel the product you received does not meet these standards, please contact us at linda@thegardenpottery.nz to discuss the issue.

Please note, we do not offer refunds on custom products, such as special orders or personalized items.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Please contact us at linda@thegardenpottery.nz within 7 days of receiving your order.

You may choose either a refund (excluding shipping) or a replacement item similar to your original purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Please note, international shipping may take longer than expected if you are outside New Zealand.
